Cheap Hostels in Lucca

There’s something appealing about old walled cities, and the town of Lucca in northern Tuscany is no exception. It’s by no means off the beaten path, in that it’s been popular with tourists for many decades, but it’s a small enough town that many people still use it as a good spot for a day trip and don’t plan to spend the night.
For those on a budget who do want to spend the night, there are accommodation options both inside and outside the historic city walls. The most appealing option is to stay inside the city walls, of course, since that’s one of the most appealing aspects of the town – and that can often be the more expensive location.
